I've seen a few episodes, I couldn't really get into it, mostly because of the character of Korra herself. Though the villain Amon was cool.

Yeah. Β Korra can be a bit of a jerk sometimes, but as the series progressed, she became more wiser. Β And I do agree that Amon was a pretty cool villain.

Well, Korra was something of just a whiny rebel, I normally don't care about those kind of characters. Aang on the other hand was more of a lost child who's lost his way. On top of that, Korra seems to have mastered all four elements already, and we were only a few episodes into Season 1. It took Aang the entire original series to master the elements.
