I've been admiring your work for quite some time, but this is the first comment I'm leaving you. I think posting the steps to this is very cool. I wish you could give us a video demonstration, or tutorial, showing us how to paint.

hi! that was amazing! I have Photoshop CS2 too, but I don't know...how did you put the...(omg, I speak spanish...and I don't know some words...xD) how did you put that "window" with the brushes?? I cannot find it xDU...

I really like it up to step 4, then it seems to lose a bit of spunk, i think maybe its the hair.

Ich finde es besonders interessant, wie du Schritt fΓΌr Schritt deine Skizzen-Lineart abbaust, bis sie am Ende ganz verschwindet.

I think it is standard brush: Airbrush Pen Opacity Flow 19px

That's pretty awesome. Do you smear and blend your pencil sketch lines as you go? I'm not sure if I get the whole nosebleed thing but I love it.
