Thanks! The idea was a variation of the Days of Future Past storyline years ago in X-men, where Kitty Pryde was one of the last X-men left alive after the sentinels began hunting and killing mutantkind. The idea was that Lockheed her tiny dragon had come into his mid-age growth, and that thetwo had become a deadly force against the sentinels in a sort of post apocalyptic future.

Hi there - yes - Photoshop for all the color. The gray-scales were done using pen and ink - can be seen in the description link.
