Description And here is Mapvember day 2: The Continent of Tor'Akan. I tried to get as much done as possible, is as little time as possible. This one took me 2 hours and 45 minutes. very happy with how it turned out (:

Do you draw the coastal ripple by hand or do you have a pattern you use? Great work btw!

I had a feeling, I don't suppose you'd be willing to post your pattern up? The only coastal ripples I've been happy with in my own work are ones I drew by hand, but that takes far to much time to be worth it. If I had a pretty pattern to play with, it would make things much easier. Either way, thanks and keep up the good work.

Really Awesome work if you dont mind me asking, do you have any tips or tutorials on creating a map like this id love to try and make one.

Thank you KillerMoon ;D I don't really have any tutorials. My best advice is to go out on the internet and search for Fantasy Map Tutorials. I learned many different methods by following those tutorials and finding out what works best for me. Best I can give to for this particular style is to use very muted colors, and I use a brush from Photoshop's Wet Media Brush set. I have the brush set to low opacity (THE BRUSH NOT THE LAYER) and also turned on presure sensitivity for opacity to create the painted effect.
