nope, it's a dark blue. Often used by animators, along with also satisfying Col-Erase Red.

Does it have an eraser at the end? I really want to get one has one so I can draw with it instead of messy graphite!

yus, it does. and it works! It's line has a waxey finish that doesn't smudge as much as graphite, but it still erases no problem. Buy a box
