I used a small jelly-ball from an air-refresher, placed it on some gift-wrapping and then took a photo with 4 flashs.

Well, this one is actually not a drop, but a small silicone ball. It does look like a drop though...it is possible to create round Drops, but it takes a lot of time and attempts to get one right.
