So like... What is this spore game about anyway?

Basically, it's several consecutive games all mixed into one. You start off as a cell, then you progress to a creature. Your creature then gains sentience and forms a tribe. The tribe grows into a city, and you begin a civilization RTS type game. After you conquer the world, you enter a final space level where you explore the galaxy. It's quite open ended, but I guess there is some sort of story-line missions you can follow.
