Well my computer got the trial to work but not the official,so I don't think its RAM cause I got like 7 gigs left and the video card,I don't know because it did work for the trial.Its just it never let me play on it.It said I wasn't connected to the internet when I had 5 bars then after that it just wouldn't work at all.I even tried to get a new one-didn't work.
