For what it's worth, you may enjoy the story given some
of your subject matter.  Dunno if you're a fan of Lovecraft,
but he had a short story that was just titled The Outsider,
I think?  Anyhow, I don't want to say too much about it, but
I think you'll see something new in this work if you should
find the time for a quick read.
