Wow! This wolf certainly looks ready for a fight!
The lowered head and wrinkled nose, as well as the drawback ears gives the impression that the wolf has intents to harm whatever has made it upset, and the crouching position shows that the wolf is about to attack. And I can almost SEE the fury in its eyes!

The overall pose is just wonderful! I especially like the way you posed the legs, as it really helps show off the overall perspective you're going for here quite well! I like the eyes as well due to the amount of detail put in them as a whole. Overall, you did a great job on this drawing ^-^
