Description
This is for my senior project that I decided to go with in January. I'm doing a research about nostalgia and I'm also going to create four pieces for it as well.character designs, a commercial ad, a Cover, and a sequential page.
This is for the character design of Slash from the TMNT series. I believe slash was only in one episode from the animated series.
Drawing and colors by me. I still have to work on my pencils more.

I was going to farmingdale, but now that's finally behind me. I finally graduated last semester and I'm a free man. :]
though it was more of an advertising school, so it really didn't help my illustration skill. Very much a downer, an extreme downer. :[

Hey Danimation....I saw your work many times before I was part of deviant. I'm a huge comic fan, I enjoyed your work on Spiderman, picked up the issues you worked on. Nice stuff man! your colors on Doc Oc were amazing. I had to add this piece to my favourites, I know it's way late, but the TMNT are my favorite charcters of all time. Slash was definately an under rated character with loads of potential. Keep up the good work!

thanks, glad you liked my colors. My website's coming pretty soon, with stuff that I haven't posted yet. There's even a sequential page that I also did for my final senior project class on the tmnt. Slash is in it so you might get a kick out of it. Not to hot with my pencils yet, but I'm practicing.

2 or 3 episodes. He came back as a super intelligent, but still powerful as hell version of himself and made Donny feel like an idiot and turned the station manager of Channel 6 and his flunky into turtles. I can't remember if that was a 2-parter. That's why I said 2 or 3. I always prefered the dumb as fuck version anyway. He managed to give the 'superior' Turtles a run for their money and even had the bad guys shitting themselves. Marvelous rendition. Much better style than the original animated series.

the knew one is really weak. Come to think of it, so was the old one. but I think it was the movie that Really topped all the other forms of TMNT. Some say the old comics are the best, but I never really found any of them.

you know I did a search on the web and found some samples from the original comic.
I also have ther first issue. I went to this old comic store and thhey had some old tmnt comics and then the guy just pulls the first issue out from behind the counter when I was talking to him. I almost died!

I love how he looks confused and almost as though he has no sense of himself. And the knife he is holding is kick ass too

wow, I had slash's old school action figure. They made him crazy looking though (psycho pissed). He was always bad ass and cool. His weapons were pinkish and twisted (a crooked sai and a large rambo knife) I love his cave man type of look here. Great job, thanks for bringin back memories.
