keep posting your work on forums to get critiques, and go to convention to meet people.
You need three things in this business to get by. You can get by with only two of them but if you don't have atleast two then it's going to be really hard.
You've got to be "extremely" Talented
You've got to know people
You've got be friendly to work with.
If you have atleast 2 of those qualities, you'll do well.

Damnit. I'm kickin Bryce's ass when he gets home. I told him not to tell you that I argued over whether or not this had already been in Invincible. I can't believe I didn't remember this one. It's so beautiful. What issue was it in???

Y'know, next to Mark, I think I like your colabs with Franchesco the best out of everyone i've seen you work with. Your styles mesh sooooo perfectly. I can't get over the folds in her cape. The shadows are amazing. Damnit, when are you goin to do something crappy so I can leave a crit or somethin?
