Description
Done (potentially) for RhynWilliams contest (Firebreathing Contest - Win Points) . It's supposed to have a red dragon and a Welsh flag, but because it's an ACEO and I have limited space, I did the red dragon IN the Welsh flag. Maybe it will work, maybe not... but I had fun with it

The dragon really pops out of the picture, and tough as he looks he still got something cuddly.
