Oriental Bay Owl. This is the first time in a long time that I've done a full background (yay!) and I forgot how loopy you can get off of sharpie fumes. Also, I didn't use a reference photo, so if the anatomy if off just deal with it.
Colored pencil, sharpie, graphite, ink and white-out
