Not bad, but I think that Itachi looks a litle younger for that age, on this picture he should be 21, but still it is a great drawing.

I found some web where is writen all about everuone... Itachi is born on 9. june and in shippuuden he is 21... If you want I can tell you the adres... o and sasuke is born on 23. july and he is 16, but i think you know about him

Why don't you try to vector it. It will turn out much better. Just do black and white vector and red eyes for Itachi.
