I know it would be really easy to do in Fallout New Vegas. Just rename one of the supply crates "Shipment of adult diapers" or "Bambinos" and make a quest around them. If they were called "Shipment of Bambinos" then I could see The Omartas or one of the raider groups guarding it and you have to get past them or kill them to get it. If course that would be the end of the quest. The beginning would probably be a rumor about some weapons or a crate of rare prewar goods. Man I wish I had a computer.
