YES. This is up there with/probably worse than that awful "Don't forget to leave a comment!" thing that automatically shows when you fav something, whether the artist wants it or not. I do not mind if people favorite my work without commenting and don't want them to feel pressured to do so if they don't want to. I rarely use front pages to discuss artist's work and they don't use it for that purpose my page, either. This has never bothered me, and honestly, I feel like it could do more harm than good, especially for more niche artists.

It's basically just a forced question in your comment section on your profile page. You can't modify the question or anything, it's just there, the only way to not have it is to remove your comment section entirely.

Muted tags are fine, but any form of harassment by other members to make people tag their art something it's not then we have a problem. I say this because this has happened to me and a couple of others. Allow me to explain, I once had some asshats came to my page and accuse me of having a fat fetish, something I'm not even into. Now say these people decide to get together hassle someone because they don't care for their art. This can lead to some problems and I really hope you don't fall for false reports or allow such harassment to happen. It's not hard to be a grown up and ignore a picture you don't care for because I started doing it.Β Oh, and there's something called artistic freedom.

In Eclipse tagging art gets harder since you can only use up to 15 per deviation. So it's harder to add everything (especially on comics), which means the tag filter will be less powerful due to the Tag-Limit on Deviations

Well, on Newgrounds there is a limit of 12 tags and I think I did okay on that website. Although for DA standards I think it should be raised up to 25 tags.

Yeah this and maybe a minimum of 5 tags, so people have to tag their work at least a bit (also important for the tag filter)
To make this more user friendly the most used tags of the current used could displayed under the tag input and can be clicked to insert them. But that would make it more user friendly, but that's obviously not what they are going for with Eclipse~

Ok... imagine this site converted into Blackness with blinding white text and harsh lighting that makes your eyes water... stare into a lightbulb for a minute without blinking for the same effect.
Now imagine everything you find easy to do on this site being made harder... so instead of one click to see art you follow or to see what messages you have you have to find 4 different buttons to press... do that whilst tears are streaming down your face and a migraine starts to form...

I was really looking forward the mute tag feature! I love to browse A LOT and I always get annoyed by the huge amount of content I don't want to see. Narrowing it down to content I prefer to see would make it much more pleasing!

You're slowly getting better, but the only thing I want to be able to do on this site is with the ARPG community.
They use groups, and if you don't get that part right, I have no reason to stay here. The most I'll do is keep in contact with friends, and even then we might just switch over to using Discord.
Before you start work on editing groups, PLEASE, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, LOOK INTO WHAT MAKES AN ARPG FUNCTION.
ARPG's are the lifeblood of this site, and I didn't realize until I looked at the number of people involved in just one of them. If you destroy groups and group notifications, it'll destroy the ARPG community completely.
If you are able to add group notifications in with the notifications section, and keep the groups functioning as they are, I won't have a problem with literally ANYTHING else you guys do.
Don't take away the arpg community from the site

As if this would really work? The main thing people would use tags for is triggering content or nsfw. Except you let porn run so rampant on this site with or without proper tags that muting "nsfw" is not going to do anything. Just another fancy coverup for the dumpster fire that is Eclipse.

I mean, I don't doubt that the function itself works, but blocking tags is almost pointless bc of the sheer amount of people who refuse to tag properly or just use too many varied tags. If dA would deal with the root of the problem I and many other specifically have and start bringing down the hammer on the porn people then the tag block might be of some real use [especially since the limit is 100 ?? that definitely doesn't work.]. Shame the addon doesn't work or doesn't already exist in some form on dA.

Soooo I don't see "remove from notifications" on mobile anymore even in normal version.
