lots of thumbnail sketches, final line drawing, color comp, get ref photos, finished drawing (actual size), block in color and value, paint, paint, paint, texture, paint.

Naaah. Thanks but - I want "moaaaar". Screenshots etc. Maybe you could start recording process of creating, or make lots of screenshots? The more steps of how other people work I can observe, the better for me.
