These are fantastic. I'd have loved to have seen this as a cartoon... you've really nailed William Hartnell's likeness here. Awesome work!

The bottom two are definitely Hartnell, but the top right one actually makes me think of Matt Smith with Hartnell's hairstyle - which would be an interesting way to portray the First Doctor these days...
