Description
Made with deviantART muro To increase speed, compositions don't always have to stick to locking in anatomy. Why draw a leg if you don't need to see it? Learning your form and the behavior of that form can quicken your draw time by eliminating wasted effort.Related content

thanks for these tutorials man, they really have some great information. I have to ask a weird kind of question though. I want to increase my drawing speed, but I'm worried about messing up, is there something for that? or is is just do it?

Fear is the killer of ambition. What is messing up really? Let the drawing happen. Speed comes when you can let go of your preconceptions on how it's supposed to look. Art really is a series of happy accidents. The best results usually come when you surprise yourself. You have to embrace the idea you're going to fuck it up, especially when you've never attempted a pose or gesture or idea before. Forward you go, you'll be able to mess it up again soon. Just keep practicing.

What's up my man! Thanks for the props and the gift of Muro! I'm a big fan of this program. We always get to see the end result which can be amazing, but watching the mind work is fantastic!! This really is a great opportunity to share the craft in a way that hasn't been explored much. Just by these little contributions I've made, the response has been great. I'm glad folks have gotten inspired or made progress with their own work as a result. I live to be inspired and I'm stoked I can pass that on.

Thanks for making pose drawing seem a lot less terrifying. Maybe now, I'll be able to attach bodies to all the heads I drew.
