"Flash - a-ah - Homer!"
This is the last entry in my series of art that mashes-up Simpsons/Matt Groening characters with classic Science Fiction films.
This drawing is a reference to the 80's cult science fiction film, "Flash Gordon."
"He's for everyone of us
Stand for everyone of us
He'll save with a mighty hand
Every man every woman
Every child - with a mighty flash
Flash - a-ah
Flash - a-ah - he'll save everyone of us"
I had loads of fun drawing this series, I hope everyone likes it!
Done on Bristol 14in X 17in board with ink and Prismacolor color markers

I want to say they had one ages ago ... seems like I remember listening to the album back in the early 1980s when we started playing Dungeons and Dragons. I was able to get a copy of the theme Queen did at least.
