Stunning, and a beautiful choice of colors. I would adore a pair of these, though I don't know if I could bring myself to wear them. I'd commission a set of axolotl shoes in a heartbeat, but I can't even afford food these days

It's a Mexican salamander that never morphs out of its aquatic state (typically). It's been bred into different morphs in the pet trade, it's most popular being leucistic, where it has beady little black eyes, pale translucent skin, a cup shaped, gaping mouth that seems to be in a perpetual oblivious smile, and vibrant pink gills sprouting from each side of its face.
