I absolutely LOVE Smash Bros! Brawl is my personal favourite

I play Smash Bros for the wii u and Brawl, but I haven't played melee yet.
Also, I'm a big fan of Super Smash Brothers!!!!

The only one in the franchise I have yet to play is the N64 version....
Melee is great, I tried it after Brawl though so it seemed a tad difficult, characters feel really heavy (just like Brawl characters feel too floaty for Melee players), and I'm a very big fan on Brawl's realistic aesthetic.
I believe that the colourfulness of Smash 4 along with the realistic textures of Brawl would make for some great graphics.
