Description
This is from one of my El Goonish Shive wallpapers, and I selected it for my Deviant ID because it's the best "calm" image of my avatar. My photo-manip that places my avatar behind a comic con booth looks too snippy, and my Danwise Gamgee image looks too darn dramatic. I like the laid-back attitude of this one, so here we are.Related content

Holy crap. This is awesome. I am a huge fan of EGS. Such a huge fan that it somehow made an influence in one of my stories... not up yet, but it's a work in progress.

Love the picture, but something in it bugs me. If squirrely you had ice-cream in the spoon at that moment, it would fall out, and ruin the rug. And probably land on Susan's foot, and make it cold.
...Anyway, 'nuff of that. I'm a huge fan of your work, and this pic is really nice. I like it. ^^

There's a REALLY bad photo of me on Deviant Art if you search for "Dan Shive". It's not that the photographer was inept, it's just that not only was I not posing for it, but it was a hot day, I was tired, my hair was a mess, I was apparently in mid-sentence, not looking at the camera, slouching, and in the process of blinking. I look positively awful in the photo, and I may post an image of myself someday just to say "look! I don't always look that bad!"
I won't be doing that, however, until I get a haircut and my eye gets better (one of my eyes is a bit red at the moment, which I blame upon insomnia, mostly).

Its not for fooling around with my current name but a pseudoname (that sounds like a REAL PERSON) for a fake person... maybe I'll use it for him but I WILL NEVER CHANGE FROM FIREWOLFX-7!
