Here they are after such a tedious redesigning process: Raspberry Quartz 2.0, the bubbly Fusion of Steven and Garnet!
They are marked as "2.0" due to them being the secondary version of the Fusion of Rose Quartz' Fusion with Garnet, which are two completely different entities due to Steven being his own entity separate from his mother. Garnet, like all Fusions, is her own being, and is the Fusion of Ruby and Sapphire, who have their own distinct bonds with Steven. Garnet is seen as a motherly figure for Steven, and protects him with her life. Steven looks up to her as a role model, and is constantly having fun with her. Garnet may seem stoic and cold around the other Gems, but with Steven, she always has times for his fun and games.
Their close-knit, mother-son relationship they share is expressed through Raspberry Quartz 2.0: Fusion is the closest, most wonderful experience the two of them share, as it means two different things. For Steven, it's a way to "prove" that he has what it takes to be a Crystal Gem. For Garnet, it's the literal embodiment of a loving relationship.
Raspberry Quartz is an eccentric, kind-hearted Fusion that is always trying to have fun. They are very much based on a Flower Child, or a Hippie, from the 60's-80's. Like a Hippie, they are very optimistic, preferring to use brains over brawn in any situation they can afford to, and are very passive when it comes to danger. They usually seem quite "zoned out", and always talk in long, droning sentences.

Basically, Raspberry Quartz 2.0 is a drugged-up, zoned-out hippie.

Now, onto their design.
As they are a drastic redesign from the first Raspberry that I drew, they have obviously changed in design, just like how they have in personality. Personally, I believe it is for the better.
They are their own being, separate from the original, but due to Steven's Gemstone being his mother's, their Gems (Ruby's, Sapphire's and Steven's) Fuse to create the same type of being, but totally different at the same time. They are one of the tallest of Steven's Fusions, standing almost twenty feet tall, which is only expected from a Fusion composed of three different Gems, but even then, they are a lot smaller than they "should" be because of Steven's human DNA restricting them from reaching their full potential.
Raspberry Quartz 2.0's colour palette, as implied by their namesake, is based around different shades of pink and red, much like a raspberry. Their skin is cerise in colour, being a mixture of Steven's fair skin and Garnet's magenta pigment. They have five arms: three of which are conjoined at their right elbow, and two that are conjoined at their left elbow. The reasoning for this is due to them naturally having six arms, but due to Steven's human DNA, it has been restricted to five instead: two belong to Ruby, two belong to Sapphire, and one belongs to Steven. One can tell whose arms are whose.
The gloved hands belong to Sapphire, the upper two arms belong to Ruby, and the third arm on the right belongs to Steven. Look at their fingers for clarification.
Clearly, Raspberry Quartz 2.0 possesses Garnet's immense size and general build, but they also possess Steven's rounded head shape, as well as his rotund stomach. Garnet's visor has been updated to become a three-lensed trio of "Hippie" glasses, which are tinted dark red. The number of eyes underneath is undetermined. Ruby's bandana is oddly present, being tied around their head and dividing their hair. Speaking of, Raspberry Quartz 2.0's hair is a mixture of Steven's and Garnet's own. It has the distinct, rose-shaped curls as Steven's, but the density and dark colour of Garnet's. It is spattered with irregular pink patches, which are reminiscent of Steven's Fusions with Garnet's components.
These patches look like those of Cherry Quartz 2.0 (Steven and Ruby), but has the glittering effect of Druzy Quartz 2.0 (Steven and Sapphire).
Like all of Steven's Fusions, Raspberry Quartz 2.0's outfit is just their component Gems' outfits layered on top of each other. Steven's shirt overlays Garnet's jumpsuit, but has been shredded down the middle to form a kind of jacket, due to it being strained beyond its limits on such a large body. Oddly, Steven's sleeves aren't present. Garnet's gloves are worn on two of their three arms, coincidentally on both arms whose hands are embedded with Garnet's Gemstones. Garnet's jumpsuit is split in the stomach to reveal Steven's Gemstone. Steven's shorts are worn over Garnet's bodysuit, but is, again, barefoot.
Their Gemstones are located on two of their palms and their navel.

Raspberry Quartz 2.0's weapon is, oddly enough, two pairs of Socker Boppers, a Fusion of Steven's shield, Ruby's Gauntlets and Sapphire's Cryokinesis. Some of Steven's Fusion weapons are based on toys, others are actual battle weapons. In this case, the former. Ruby's gauntlets form the main base of the weapons, and Steven's shield form the broadness and strength. Sapphire's Cryokinesis can be activated at will, and can encase these gloves in jagged layers of spiky ice. Raspberry Quartz 2.0 uses these weapons with great power, and one blow is enough to destroy several feet worth of concrete in a deafening impact.
