Description EDIT:
I've changed his design drastically. I've changed his colour palette to reds, pinks, blues and purples (hair, apron, Gemstones), added an extra arm to his right, changed position of his left lower arm, gave him a different facial structure (so it looks more like Steven's) and swapped his eyes. I'm really happy with his design now.

After such a long wait, here is the long-anticipated Fusion of two former "frenemies", Steven and Bismuth: Titanium Quartz!
Now, like the majority of Steven-Gem Fusions, Titanium Quartz is not a secondary version to the original. Bismuth had never Fused with Rose Quartz, and therefore, an "original" was never created. To make matters worse, Rose Poofed and Bubbled Bismuth away when he proposed the idea that they use his newest weapon, the Breaking Point, to Shatter the Gems of the Diamonds themselves. Rose, being a hypocritical pacifist, decided that Bismuth was better left sealed away from the other Crystal Gems, and this caused Bismuth to have a long-lasting hate for Rose. This hate transferred itself onto Steven, making Bismuth wrongfully believe that Steven was Rose - all the way up until the point that Steven Poofed him.
Upon reforming, Bismuth realised that Steven was his own being, separate to Rose Quartz, and despite still detesting his mother, accepted Steven for who he was, and now stands by him as a Crystal Gem, several thousand years after getting Bubbled. The Titanium Quartz you see before you is technically the original.

The bond that Steven and Bismuth share is one of mutual respect, as mentioned before. Bismuth has accepted that Steven is different to Rose, and Steven knows that he is a better person than his mother was when it comes to treating his teammates fairly. They care for each other, but are still slightly wary of one another, as the memories of Rose's betrayal still linger between them.
Titanium Quartz is the personification of their relationship: he is a strong, level-headed leader who is always trying to lead the others to victory. Yes. "He". Titanium is one of the few Gem Fusions that use masculine pronouns, making him pretty unique in that regard. He is fiercely protective of the other Crystal Gems, and is independent for the most part. He likes doing things his own way.

Now, onto Titanium Quartz's design.
Titanium Quartz is one of Steven's bigger Fusions, and there seems to be a trend in his masculine Fusions: they usually stand at around the same height, as there is merely an inch between Titanium Quartz and Ashen Quartz. His body type is one between muscular and rotund, and it doesn't take a genius to work out whose body is whose. Titanium's skin colour is deep purple, a mixture of Bismuth's periwinkle complexion and Steven's fair, pink-hued skin, and is patterned with bright pink freckles here and there.
Of course, Bismuth is more dominant in Titanium's design, as he sports brighter colours and a more stocky build. Titanium Quartz's hair is a mixture of Steven's thick curls and Bismuth's man-bun, resulting in a slicked-back hairstyle with a fluffy, curly front. He has hair that is various shades of red through blue, creating purple, and is secured back by a hairband. Titanium Quartz sports three eyes: his left eye is normal-sized and belongs to Bismuth, and his two right eyes are crescent-shaped and placed oddly. Titanium also sports four distinct arms (being conjoined to his elbows).
Titanium Quartz's outfit is his component Gems' respective outfits layered on top of one another. He is topless, with Steven's shirt now tied around his right arm like a bandana. He wears Bismuth's arm-bands on two of his three arms, as well as Bismuth's work apron tucked into Steven's shorts. He is also barefoot.

Titanium Quartz's weapon is a strange one. It's the Drilling Point, a Fusion of Steven's shield and Bismuth's Breaking Point, the very weapon that Rose Bubbled him away for several hundred years ago. But it no longer acts as a Gem-Shatterer. Also, in my AU, Steven never threw the Breaking Point into lava when Bismuth Poofed - he merely stored it back in its casing and sealed it away, never to be touched until Bismuth Reformed.
The Breaking Point forms the bulky, rectangular base, and Steven's Shield's dome-shape forms the knob at one end. It is brightly-coloured now, and the large metal spike at the other end has transformed into a segmented drill (being Steven's shield). It acts very much like a standard drill, but instead of being used to Shatter Gems, it packs a powerful punch - Steven's pacifism and Bismuth's change of heart about ruthlessly Shattering Gems has drastically downplayed its deadliness.

I definitely prefer it, too. He looks so much better now. Does he look more like Steven now, or...?

I feel like the changes to his facial structure do help it look like there is definitely some Steven in there.

I'm very glad you think so!
Btw, I'm working on my Steven-Padparadscha Fusion right now, and I'm loving how they look so far! They might look a tiny bit too feminine for an androgynous character, but that is only expected from a tiny Princess Fused with a lil' kid.

They would look a cute little girl. And that's prefect for them

Thank you so much! I actually redesigned him from the comment beneath this one, and I'm very happy with the changes I decided to take.

Oh, bismuth. How you didn't deserve to be filler.

I don't consider "Bismuth" filler. It showed a lot about the original CGs, their tactics, and how Rose was imperfect. But yeah, I can't wait for Bismuth and Jasper to return (which has been confirmed).
Do you like Titanium Quartz?

Btw, my Steven-Padparadscha Fusion is coming next!

Yeah. But for a while, poor guy did get shoved to the side. Which is sad, because he was actually a pretty decent person and made some good points. And really shouldn't have become a villain. But eh.

If I'm being completely honest, I don't think titanium is my favorite. I feel like he actually looks too much like bismuth. And there just isn't enough Steven in there. And it makes it not really resonate with me.

That will be cool to see

I don't think they ever mentioned or even referenced him after his episode, except for in Stevonnie's mindscape in "Mindful Education". I'd love to see both of them return.

Yeah, I know the feeling. I tried my hardest, but I don't think I succeeded very well. I tried to make him chubby and round-faced like Steven, even with the floofy hair, but...idk. I might redesign him at one point. Thank you for your honesty.

I think you'll like them, but I'm trying to make them look different to your Strawberry Quartz (which is difficult when combining the same Gems).

I really really want that.

It's alright. I do think that possibly choosing to not use rainbow colors would help. I think using colors between blue and red would have been a bit smarter. Because the yellows oranges and greens feel really out of place and feel like they are there just because bismuth has them. But I am probably really wrong about that.

I'm sure you'll make them look plenty unique. And I wouldn't feel insulted or anything if they didn't

We al want Jaspedemption.

I kinda see your point, but...ehhh...
I think they look pretty nice, but I guess we can agree to disagree. I love his apron, though - that's where I think the green is best.

I'm happy. They're gonna be Smol

Also, here's some other Steven-Bismuth Fusions, and they use rainbow colours:
