He raided an abandoned ship undersea when he was a smol shark puppo and stole fabric and a dead captain’s old gross hat :^)

CLARIFICATIONS:
• [NAME] Otheriwse written as Златко but pronounced as ZLÄT-kō
• [EYES] The pupils of his eyes can be either normal or as slits (like a cat’s). On the other hand, while he is fighting (especially when blood is exposed near him) his eyes will be fully dilated to the point where his eyes are just completely black. This is a common trait in sharks and an example of this can be seen for those know Bruce in Finding Nemo during the chase scene.
• [HAIR] Similar to Tucker , his hair is a backcomb hairstlye and his "side bangs" are optional.
• [SCARS] The ONLY exception that will be considered when he is not seen with scars is when he is incredibly young (as in toddler stage). But from that point and on, he gains more scars overtime. And if you plan to draw him as a chibi or “very cutely”, the least I will accept is if you include his eye scar. Otherwise please include all of his scars shown and known.
• [BANDAGES] Although they are optional, I'd like to clarify that they can be wrapped practically anywhere or wherever that would need treatment; they can be wrapped around his tail, wrists or legs, neck, or waist.
• [HEIGHT] He’s a tad bit shorter than he seems
• [AGE] Currently I’d say somewhere around 17-22 (human) years old.

And if drawn anthro by any chance, he'd practically wear his cap and collar and some navy sergeant uniform relative to the colour of his hat and accesorries. Or a plain black sergeant uniform.
