Vader, in german, means father, so, Darth Vader means Darth Father.. Happy incident..?

Well.. in German one would say Vater and not Vader. Also it is pronounced quite differently, so I'm not too sure about that one.

Vader is dutch for Father. The 'a' is pronounced the same as in german but the 'd' a bit different than the 't'.
