Description
Well, this is Link from Ocarina of Time, the Best Zelda game of all time. Seems most people in DA draw crappy WindWaker Link, oh well, but Ocarina's Link is just awesome, too bad he came out too muscular.Done in SAI, the inspiration for this style is pretty obvious, if you ask me.
As always, critiques are encouraged!
EDIT June 12, 2010: After so many people giving me feedback on Link's muscularity, I toned it down a LOT, and he still looks kinda tough. Shield was changed too, well, it's curvature. Other stuff changed too.

Wow, I really like your coloring technique! Very clean and crisp. And the color scheme works very well too.
Link's a bit too steroid-ish for my taste, but thats just a matter of taste anyway.

Interesting how your style has evolved.
You pay a lot of attention to muscles and anatomy, more than many others. Your drawings are "correct" in point of before mentioned accuracy.
The clothes and coloring are also realized very well, the watercolored look fits your pictures very well, too!

Thanks! Yeah, I've read some anatomical books and I guess it helps. I was unsure of the water-ish style, but I guess it worked.

It's probably just me, but I'm thinking that the shield is way too curved around Link's hand. It doesn't look like it would do a whole lot of good protecting him, haha.
Other than that, I think you did a fantastic job on this one.

hmm his shield seems too big (maybe just me). and the perspective is odd... wouldn't know myself how to fix that either soo lol
oh and his face... his head.
Maybe it's just ur art style. But his head seems too tiny compared to his whole body.
oh and the right side of his tunic (/skirt lol) seems to be longer than the rest.

The one thing I can think of to say is I don't think the shield would bend like that, it would be more of a gradual arc. Other than that, brilliant piece

I love the shading on the tunic. Looks sorta like watercolors, which is nice. Despite the steroids, he looks just like the link I remember. One thing that really caught my eye was the sword. It looks so metal ! Literally ! If I had to nitpick I'd say the shield looks a bit too curved. But overall it's so badass it doesn't matter (:
Also, great use of the background. You can sort of see hyrule castle or shady figures (I can't tell xD ).
