So yeah, I wanted to draw the good ol' big guys (and gal) from DC, but I had to twist the concept a bit....with their most hated incarnations!
-We have the one pretty much everyone knows, Silver Age Batman. The one that inspired the Adam West show. Awesome, awesome stuff. I really miss Bats being silly (and that's why Brave and the Bold will always be more entertaining than the whinefest that is YJ).
-Wonder Woman--Diana Prince, lost her powers after pretty much every other Amazon left to another dimension, but she gained her best powers yet...THE POWERS OF KUNG FU!! I'm crying over this awesomeness.
-And we have Superman...WITH HIS SWEETASS MULLET HELL YEAH. I'm sorry ladies, you can try to doll up as much as you want, but you will never be as sexy as that mullet. And his costume is from when he became a being of electricity and splits in two. Kinda comes in handy when my laptop is about to run out of juice, huh?
And yes, I'm not making any of this up. That's why I love comics, they can be as outlandish as it is humanly possible. Too bad most DC comics are trying to be all dark and edgy without remembering that these are aliens running in their pajamas (no longer underwear).

this is good but something is off in supes design.
the thing about comics is that they end up adapting to the times they are printed in / give or take consider the ages of the art movements were driven by political and religious upheavals and those whom paid for a certain kind of work.
now movements are kinda fast and always changing thus modern with the DCU supes era was a kinda sublime naivety in some elements but unlike the marvelverse Supes is the shining light for humanity and the universe at hand his charge of character drives and teaches to all sentient life (except the baddies of course) that all life has merit and value and that truth and justice are something greater to behold. Personally i lack the ability of wordplay to really ascribe what Superman Functions because to me he is something greater than a heavenly savior his is a role of non-heroic heroism to aspire to, to not give in to the easy darker path of vengence and malice but to truely rise above the spite and hatred for ones enemies and give them the chance to change to evolve and grow as individuals and in doing so let the law and justice be the ways they are held accountable for their actions.
responsibility and litigation are big things right now and so is government interference in issues that is not their jurisdiction in reality i.e a kid runnin a lemonade stand being stopped for not having a business license , ect or anything as petty to us. and they're not all non-terrestrials
obviously bats , and diana is made of clay sparked to life human/metahuman/dietistic god figure being sorta the daughter of Ares as i understand but i could be wrong.
even GL is just gifted with meta-tech of nonterrestrial origin its like hes got a superduper v.s of an iphone :-p
the few non terrans are Supes (which its increasingly been hinted at an earth/kryptonian mixed heritage link somewhere as i seem to recall) and the Martian manhunter which is more or less a SOL cousin *consider origin of species in the same star system) yes of course there are wayyyy more but just the main cast i was mentioning as for pj's ? more like method to madness for advance battlewear not much different than military fatigues minus the oppression and camo function

that's kind of why I can't stand YJ. It's always Drama all the time...that and everyone has an obnoxious personality. They've gotten better recently though.

That's why I liked the episodes where Captain Marvel appeared. It's obvious that he enjoys doing good and has a cheerful attitude that clashes with the whiners.
