Story:
Diane galloped in front of her parents, a few white roses already falling from her mane. She was excited for the gathering to celebrate the peace after the War. Unlike her parents, she was much too young to remember what happened, so it was all just a story of the past to her.
"Slow down a bit, Di," Bandit called after her, shaking his head gently, making a few petals on his rose necklace fall. Winter giggled a bit.
"She’s just excited, Bandit," the mare said, nudging Bandit a bit. The red coated stallion grumbled a bit, but all in good fun.

They watched as others danced, some meeting for the first time, others dancing with their mates. Someone bumped into Winter and Bandit, edging the two forward just enough to make themselves the next pair. Winter chuckled as the poppy song began to play through. Bandit shook his head softly, a smile playing on his face as he followed Winter's lead to the song. With each step both of them lost roses, but their smiles grew. Diane watched as her parents danced, giggling as moved along in her spot to the song as well. Winter and Bandit chuckled as the song ended, Bandit's necklace having fallen off along the way. Only a few roses remained in Winter's mane. The pair moved out of the clearing, nuzzling Diane as they did so. The went off their own, knowing that Diane would be safe in the group of Bloodlines under the eye of the Angel.

After a few songs, Diane went off to find her parents. It was easy for her to find them. She peeked around the bushes, watching them move to the slow song currently playing in a small pool that had formed within the river. A smile spread across her face and she left the two alone.Huzzah!! Got this up! I'm really proud of how it all turned out!!!
I really love the relationship that Bandit and Winter have, so of course I took the chance to have these two paired together!!
