As asked by Ladysilver, here come a full pic of the AF main cast with their redesigns. I finally added Kevin^^ I apologize for not putting either Rook or Max, but I simply cannot draw Max right, and I'll need some times to be able to make Rook.I am not especially proud of the way the character come up, especially Kevin. Well, at least, he still looks better than in Omniverse, I guess...

Well Brave and the Bold actually an okay show; I mean, it's intended to reflect the Silver Age, so it's not like it was intended to be an actual Batman series (more like a DC Silver Age series with Batman as the main characters). As for Power Rangers, well... while one of my friends is a fan, you gotta admit the show was a bit silly to begin with^^ Though I agree some seasons are just mediocre compared to others.
As for Omniverse, the redesigns are awful. It's still soon to judge the story and character development, but so far I am anything but impressed. Their Ben especially is bad. I have how they made him even more bumbling...

I do a similar thing with a friend. We call it Ben 10 Infinity, and it's basically a reboot of Ben 10 a la Ultimate Marvel. Tell me, what are the change you make in your fic ?

and with the Multiverse for the fanfic story i have done the multiverse wacthers people who monitor and look after the multiversen thair story starts how in the start of time how they live in pace for many years and always look on to the fist hope with hope but one day one of them name Terr made a device to look in to the origin of creation and what we are gear for he failed and his actions corrupted the inate nature of the cosmos and than inarws a multiverse was made endless parallel earth simlar in aome way nizarrely different in otjers after that terr was punsised and was bast in to beyound the time and soon came back with his fleash gone but in body arrow and the emapor of the darkzone and his new name Unspeakable he is kind of a mix of darkseid and krona from dc comics and Thanos

and with villgax i did for earth 2 is that hafe his body was destoryed for was replace with cybernetic enhancements after parts of his old body was destoryed earth 2 villgax has a father name fulllax who is like cooler from dragon ball z with a power beoynd his son and done a other one name super gax who has 4 powers of shane aliens and have done name alien for my sotry like sonic scream whirlwind and weber and beastmaster but so far i am one season 3 wicth is like a venom spiderman story and with a new negative 10

well with earth 2 the shane 10 earth the ben on this earth secret identity was never shown in to the world so this ben was not a spolide brat but when he got older and slower he gave up the role but some years later a kid name shane goodman who is kind of like terry mc ginnic from batman tries to find his father killer and takes the Omitricks and become his fisrt alien mummybast after stoping the bad guy ben lets him keep it and become the hero of the city name new city after its rename from bellwood but the shane 10 thing will be a trilogy thing for eacth seres that will come but with my shane he is a mix of pter parker and terry mix in to one and the bad guys he face are superpower rouges and alien bad guys and old foes from bens past and i have done a Multiverse, for shane ben rex and more

Okaay... I'm personnally not a fan of legacy character stories, especially in Ben 10, but since it's an alternate Earth, I guess it's okay. Seems like you have some interesting ideas anyway... I assume you're a fan of DBZ ?^^
The story i'm working on with my friend involves a Reboot of Ben 10, sort of like Ultimate Marvel. In this version, Ben got the Omnitrix when he was a teenager, amongst other things. Albedo will play a bigger role, Vilgax's motivations will be a bit more fleshed out, and Kevin will start out as Ben's friend before turning evil, amongst other things.

Okay. Personnally, I have... mixed feelings about DBZ. Granted, the fact its french dub is AWFUL probably doesn't help. I do recognize, however, it has some cool concepts. I wait to see how you will apply this in your fic...

I don't. Gwen with short hair does not work for me, after Omniverse finishes airing, Cartoon Network would hired the creators of Young Justice to redesign the franchise for the fifth series. I hope the fifth series redesign would appeal more audience.

Allow me to remind you Gwen HAD short hair in the original show, so obviously it does fit her (even though longer hair fits too when well done) Also, I'm not so sure I'd like YJ creators on Ben 10. Not convinced their style would fit the show.

But Omniverse is a complete stupid redesign. By the way, YJ style on Ben 10 would work in my opinion.

True, Omniverse has horrible redesigns, except for a few alien forms (and even then, some other aliens look terrible). But my point is, YJ use a style that is a bit too realistic, whereas Ben 10 fits better with an animesque style. DJW did an awesome job with Teen Titans, so I seriously don't get what he was thinking in Ben 10's case. Also, I'm not really a fan of the way YJ handles some stuff plot-wise (the romance especially). But I do admit their style is amazing for a comic book adaptation.

But I think Ben 10 was a bit anime-esque in the first series but in Alien Force it went more modern. It doesn't care care if the series after Omniverse would use the YJ design. In my opinion, it would fit in but your opinion is your opinion, feel free to say that it wouldn't fit in. I think the series, post-Omniverse, I would see Kevin having shorter hair and Gwen going back to her shoulder-length hair from previous series before Omniverse plus I want see Ben back to his hair style from the previous style because in Omniverse, his hair looks a bit uncool as it looks like it was messed up..

Well, even Alien Force had some animesque feeling, at least when it came to the main characters. Plus I'm not a fan of some YJ designs, like Joker. Still, excluding those facts, I agree that YJ has good ideas for designs that might work on Ben 10 (too bad they fail at developping villains).
Again, I feel Gwen looks better with short hair; honestly her AF self lacked a bit of personnality compared to her original self (granted, her original self could be damn annoying, but at least she had some personnality instead of just being the girl of the group). But I agree for Kevin.
Lol, yeah I hate Ben's hairstyle in Omniverse too. He looks like he's wearing a wig. Though to my opinion, his creepy smile is the worst. Seriously, what was DWJ thiking ? His previous works were much better-looking that this...

In your opinion, Gwen looks better with a shorter hairstyle but in my opinion, she looks better with longer hair because in Alien Force/Ultimate Alien it showed her mature side departing from her tomboyish side from the original series.

You got a point, though in my opinion, tomboyish doesn't mean immature. I am writing a book, and in my story, the tomboyish character actually is the most mature one... well, her friends are pretty much nuts for most of them, but still^^

Hey, again, matter of tastes. Honestly I haven't that much problem with have having long hair. It's more with her clothes. It seems they could never figure out a cool way to dress her since AF started. And I include Omniverse in that, cause let's face it : even if the kitty shirt fitted her as a 10 years old, it no longer fits her as a teenager.

Yeah, so do I. Even though I rather AF over the original show (to some extent), I always agreed a bit with those who felt Gwen had more of a personnality in the original series. So I tried to make something more of an equilibrium between 10 years old and teenage Gwen.
