Description “Hi, Link!” Tulin exclaimed, surprised but happy nonetheless to see his friend. He then looked around. “Hey, where’s — ?”
Link, who had raised a hand in greeting, now pointed up to the tall rock that stood in the middle of Rito Village.
They couldn’t see the figure who was sitting in the heart-shaped hole in the rock, but Link knew that she was up there.
And, they could hear her voice being carried by the wind, as she sung.
“Once, a god fell from heaven, stilling the Hebra winds … the heavens grew lifeless, just as the air below thinned . . . ”
Link’s mind wandered back to when he, Emma, and Tulin had made their way up to the Stormwind Ark, and to Emma’s musing at one point . . .

“Revali taught me this song … years ago . . . ”

“With the world in upheaval, we pledged to help the lord … a line of ships soaring, built as a passage skyward . . . ”
“Hey, Link?” Tulin’s voice broke Link out of his reverie. “Why’s Emma just sitting up there singing by herself?”
“That’s enough, Tulin.” Teba sighed. “Don’t hassle.” He added.
Link was grateful for Teba’s intervention. It would have been impossible for him to explain to Tulin why Emma was taking some time out to sing by herself here in Rito Village.
“The god ascended to heaven, leaving behind an ark … its winds brought us new life, thanks to its great, divine spark . . . ”
Rito Village was still a part of her, and it always would be. In a different way to what it had in the past, but her love of the place was no less.
“Oh, wait … hang on . . . ” Tulin suddenly tilted his head to one side. “She’s singing another song, now … the other really old one . . . ”

"The Pride of Rito, pillar in the sky, its heart lights up, when the sun is high . . . ” Emma let her voice be carried by the wind, staring out at the Hebra Mountains and not really seeing anything. "The heart shines upon a path not whole, but a warming flame can stir its soul . . . ” She smiled, even as she shivered slightly.
No matter how cold this place got, she knew that there would always be a warmth here that would never go away . . .
