A TFA OC made while still figuring out how to draw mecha. Robots are hard to draw, who knew? The ribbons are both the best part of the design and also the biggest pains in the ass to draw.

As for her character: Ribbonwire was at one point a cadet at the Autobot boot camp, who had hoped her training there would land her a job in some influential sector to allow her to improve her lot in life as a relatively low status bot as a monoformer. However, her nonfunctional t-cog and unimpressive combative skills made her a favored target of Sentinel Minor as a negative example to the other cadets, earning him her ire even after leaving the camp. Later she would get a job as a secretary for the Cybertron Intelligence Guild, enduring the constant change of hands through the years.

Her loyalty is questionable because, while she doesn't necessarily have any particular loyalties to the Decepticons, she hates Sentinel enough to cause problems from time to time. She's a bit two-faced; usually, she plays into the expectation of being bubble-headed eye candy for the office, but beyond that she's scary competent with information, and is jaded enough to have stopped caring about making a difference beyond making the lives of others harder.
