Marcella holding her last baby. She always had trouble conceiving and when she did, they'd end up dying on her. As a vampire (since she couldnt conceive at all) she used to steal infants and care for them as her own until they were eventually devoured by her husband and his fledglings....

Will be a year ago in a week since i painted it. I feel like im missing something but all in all i think it looks alright. Just like last time i had problems painting her head and hair. Couldnt get them right exactly but meh. I got it where she looks fine so whatevs.

Im slowly getting to where i need to be. This painting isnt perfect at all just like the original but im kinda proud of how far ive come since i started a couple years ago. I didnt dream of completing paintings like this. I used to look at art like this and go wtf, how do people do that? Well i guess i know now.
