As a living manifestation of nuclear destruction, all japanese people who died in WWII and nature itself, it's no surprise that the King of the Monsters won the title, aside from many reasons, for his overall lifting ability of throwing beings much bigger than him such as Kaizer Ghidorah.

This means Godzilla is on the "Normal" Class. Godzilla is big, but even with his gigantic feet, he doesn't travel at large speeds. Even underwater, his speed is lacking.
