Description The picture of Henry Grant was done by ~Novazal .
Thank you so much for letting me use it.
And incase you would like to use it, here's a totally blank one: [link]
Also, Henry was born on September 13, 1988.

Now, this grid is basically a modified Marvel Comics Power Grid ([link] ), used to show how well their characters would do on a chart.
I like charts, so I tweaked it.
The Hand-to-Hand is basically Fighting Skills, but with the addition of Weapon Skills, I had to change the name.
The scale, as it stands is mostly Marvel's work, but Magical Aptitude, Weapon Skills, and Will are my own add-ons.
And while it has its uses and I'll help others in making their characters fit on it, I have a feeling that I'm the only one who will really use it.
Henry, here, is a demo.

Now, for the descriptions (mostly by Marvel) and reasons why Henry ranks as he does.
I.E. Prepare for a text block of epic proportions.

Intelligence: The ability to think and process information
1: Slow/Impaired
2: Normal
3: Learned
4: Gifted
5: Genius
6: Super-Genius
7: Omniscient
Henry, while only a high school graduate, has just about seen it all, and as such, learned a few things along the way. Admittedly no genius, Henry can still follow along with most technobable and strategies others state. Basically, Mr. Grant is sharper then he lets on

Strength: The maximum ability to lift (press) weight over one’s head (under optimal conditions)
1: Weak: cannot lift own body weight
2: Normal: able to lift over own body weight, up to twice own body weight.
3: Peak human: able to lift over twice own weight, up to 800 lbs (362.873 kg)
4: Superhuman (low): Able to lift over 800 lbs, up to 25 tons (about 22.679 metric tons)
5: Superhuman (medium): Able to lift over 25 tons, up to 75 tons (about 68.039 metric tons)
6: Superhuman (high): Able to lift over 75 tons, up to 100 tons (about 90.718 metric tons)
7: Incalculable: Able to lift in excess of 100 tons.
Henry’s brute strength lies nowhere near the levels of famed heavy hitters, such as the Hulk or Superman, but he does have enough to make them take him seriously. When I was making Henry, I figured I wanted someone who could take hits better then he could dish them out, but I still wanted him to pack a punch, which he does.

Speed: The ability to move over land by running or flight
1: Below normal
2: Normal
3: Subsonic Superhuman: peak velocity below Mach 1 (about 760mph or 1223kph)
4: Speed of sound: peak velocity between Mach 1 to Mach 2
5: Supersonic: peak velocity between Mach 2 to Orbital Velocity (about 17000mph or 27358kph)
6: Speed of light: peak velocity up to 186000 miles per second or 300000 kilometers per second
7: Warp speed: transcending light speed or a teleporter (instantaneous travel)
Effectively, Henry is slightly sluggish compared to a normal human, but it is hard to notice and it doesn’t really inhibit him. Still, while he isn’t the fastest at physical reaction, he can still run someone down, the other person just has something of a head start on him

Durability: The ability to resist or recover from bodily injury
1: Weak
2: Normal
3: Enhanced
4: Regenerative
5: Bulletproof
6: Superhuman
7: Virtually indestructible
Henry’s greatest asset is his indestructibility. He has no Kryptonite, no silver bullet; there is nothing that can physically harm Henry Grant. NOTHING! Electricity or magic can cause discomfort, but that’s as far as it gets.

Energy Projection: The ability to discharge energy
1: None
2: Ability to discharge energy on contact
3: Short range, short duration, single energy type
4:Medium range, medium duration, single energy type
5: Long range, long duration, single energy type
6: Able to discharge multiple forms of energy
7: Virtually unlimited command of all forms of energy
Henry could technically count as a 6, being both a pyrokinetic (fire) and a thermokinetic (heat), but the two are so interconnected with him that I count him as a 5.

Magical Aptitude: The ability to perceive and manipulate mystical forces
1: Non-believer: No belief that any superstitions or mythologies are or were true
2: Aware: Knows of the supernatural, but no mystic abilities
3: Minor Talent: Attempts at minor spells severally taxes the practitioner
4: Focused Practitioner: Specializes in only one form of magical practice
5: Mage: Apprentice or inexperienced practitioner, slowly developing refinement and power
6: Sorcerer: Raw power, wide capabilities, little refinement and variety
7: Wizard: Highest level of skill and power the individual can attain
Henry has had many experiences with the supernatural, and while all individuals in Henry’s universe have the potential to wield magic, Henry doesn’t even try to.

Fighting Ability: Proficiency in hand-to-hand combat
1: Poor
2: Normal
3: Some training
4: Experienced fighter
5: Master of a single form of combat
6: Master of several forms of combat
7: Master of virtually all-conventional forms of combat
Henry is, effectively, a brawler, focusing on delivering damage as fast and as hard as possible while lacking any finesse or proper defense (which Henry doesn’t really need anyway). Even so, he has developed his skills to formidable level through countless fights.

Weapon Skills: Proficiency with short and long-range weapons
1: Poor
2: Little understanding and/or skill
3: Fair understanding and/or skill
4: Experienced in the use of some short range and/or long range weapons
5: Master of the use of few short and/or long-range weapons
6: Master of the use of several short and/of long-range weapons
7: Master of the use of all conventional short range and long-range weapons
Henry isn’t a big fan of using weapons, yet he can repair, clean and use most normal weapons. He just isn’t very good at using such weapons, being a lousy shot with anything but a rifle.

Will: One’s commitment and courage
1: None: No willpower, always under the control of another
2: Weak: Little willpower, often complies with orders
3: Normal
4: Fair: Slightly stronger then most, often questioning of others
5: Strong: Very independent, able to shrug off most requests and suggestions
6: Formidable: Great willpower, resistant to suggestion, little possibility of being controlled
7: Indomitable: Greatest willpower, completely immune to suggestion and control
Henry is not someone you want to get in the way of or threaten through his loved ones. That loved ones thing is the only reason he isn’t at a 7 for Will, because his lack of concern for his own safety turns into a great concern for theirs.

So, there it is. Any questions and comments are welcome.
Sorry for the long text.

You should be aware when using Marvel PowerGrids. It would be so much better if you were more realistic. I would like to have one new here in Marvel world that is "virtually indestructible", specially if he is bad, but that would put him in the top. Otherwise, Henry is very cool, and btw, awesome pic.

Imma fav this souly so I can come back to reference it if need be.

I like that fact that for every strength Henry has, he has something that weighs down that strength, making him more believable.

Also, I've been wondering for quite some time.
Henry is indestructible on the OUTSIDE, but that about the inside? What if something attacked him from the inside out? Is he still indestructible THAT way? Or does his thick hide act as a completely impenetrable barrier that would protect him from ANY sort of attack?

Cool. I have to fix one thing that bugs me, but that'll be simple.

Thank you. But then, he is red and on fire, kinda not believable.

Yes, he's that tough on the inside too.
I kind of figured that his blood is more like this super compressed plasma, and as such, his body needs to be as resilient as possible, inside and out. Or, it could be that his body was so tough first that he needs the plasma blood to get him moving.
Chicken or egg argument, this one.
Oh, and what did I say about the silver bullet thing?

What is it?

Tan someone real bad, then set them on fire.
Instant Henry.

He doesn't have one?
I was just interested to know because as tough as he is on the outside, doesn't mean he's completely unreachable on the inside.
But I guess he is.

I just needed to switch around the Mage and Sorcerer on the scale.

Except he won't be all that tough.

Yeah. Sorry if my reply came off as harsh.

Ah okay.

Guess not.
Ah well, you can't have it all.

Nah it's cool.

Yeah, I was following how some other fellas were styling their workings, and I mixed some things up originally.
All is well with the world now.

I reckon so.
And I have no idea why I quoted a Clint Eastwood movie just now.

Yay!
