Description I revamped a character to the modern setting and while I didn't plan on using him in OCTs, it won't hurt to try! Honestly, blame my girlfriend : P

A few notes:

- Donovan comes from a setting based off of Vampire, a tabletop RPG game under the World of Darkness system.

- A ghoul is a human who was fed vampire blood. A ghoul has access to a few vampire supernatural powers, but that comes with a price: vampire blood is addictive, and the emotional bond created by said blood will make the human extremely susceptible to the point where they could become slaves.

- Donovan has two Dominate powers, Mesmerize and Iron Edict, although he doesn't use the former since it requires him to spend blood. To mesmerize someone, all Don has to do is meet his victim’s eye to catch them in his thrall. His control isn’t obvious; he just asks them to do something and his victim acquiesces. They could unlock a door, pass them a gun — or forget ever meeting him. Some cruel vampires mesmerize passers-by just to take the rap for their crimes, but Don has still enough humanity where he couldn't potentially kill someone, or ask a person to do so.

- Other than Dominate, Donovan has a supernatural amount of resistance and limited healing powers, both requiring the vampire blood running in his veins to work. If he's out of blood, he cannot heal or protect himself.

Feel free to ask any further questions, especially about dominate since it's a rather complex power!

He's a pretty petty dude but kind of feel sorry for his relationship with Angela. He's clearly infatuated with her only because of her blood influence in him.

Also read the comments lol. So Mermerize is Jedi Mind Trick, and Iron Edict is Death Note rules with blood as payment.

>GONNA TRY VERY HARD NOT TO SAY A PHOENIX WRIGHT REFERENCE<

But anyway I know you mentioned Mesmerize a bit and I know Iron Edict requires blood but is there more differences between Mesmerize and Iron Edict besides that? I'm a bit curious and if you could answer that would be really neat! ^^

wow took me ages to see this comment (and reference phoenix wright to your heart's content. I know I do : P )

Iron Edict is a stronger version of mesmerize: it lasts longer, and the orders can be more complicated and extend themselves over a long period. For example, you can tell a person to follow your instructions throughout the course of a night, and they would do so. He has limited blood to spend, however, so that's spared for very special cases.

Hope it helps!
