Really great work! Love the use of lines to emphasise the focus on the elephant and make it stand out from the background! Love love how the coffee(that is coffee isn't it or is it just brown colour?) splatters across the background
I believe if the head was a bit more centered the composition of the piece would be better and would improve the focus of the piece better. Placing your focus off center is a really great technique but it needs to work. To me, this piece feels unbalanced because of the lightness of the lower part of the drawing compared to the heaviness in the upper part. The gradation is good but could be better. Maybe if the brown extended the entire length of the page instead of just under the ears? Just my personal observations

It's actualy brown aquarelle color, but it really semms like a coffee

it depends on the piece. centered composition is powerful but boring in certain cases, so be careful when using it
If you feel an off centered composition is better then by all means go for it! You are the artist after all
