Description Intelligent titles for the win...

Some junky image done by me and I finished it yesterday. Wanted to do some stuff with my beloved sadomasochistic scientist OC again. And wanted to put nice shiny green colour into the background. Because green rules.

I know the perspective is horribly wrong and nobody poses like him (except he... because he is some stupid doc). But anyway, enjoy it if you can X3

PS: blood made by me. After years of practicing and searching I found a technique of making blood look realistic. Hooray.

Awesome lighting! I love how he's staggering toward the "camera," too, creating a tighter angle. Composition isn't my strong point, but this looks like good composition to me.

The anatomy really isn't so bad. It's anime-ish, so it's supposed to look somewhat stiff.

Congrats on the blood!

Thank you very much :3
Interestingly I didn't thought about a good composition. Actually I don't think often about it XD' (and sometimes I regret it after the work has been done)
Well, I'm really not good at anatomy and especially poses, that's why all my characters are so stiff. I want to get rid of my manga style though (which means I have a lot to practice and to learn).

Make a new layer, set it to multiply. Then take a hard round brush and red color (should have a dark tone, but not too dark) and draw the basic shape of the blood. Then take the eraser, lower the oppacity a little bit and select the opacity brush (this one: [link] ) and softly erase the edges of the blood shape. Then add a new layer, set it to multiply and draw new blood shapes inside the existing one (to make the shadows or to make the blood looking more threedimensional). Make them softer with the eraser too. Do this again until the blood looks realistic enough. When you are finished make a new layer on top in normal layer modus and take a bright red tone and draw some highlights.

I hope I explained it good enough so you can try this out XD
