Since I still feel bad for haven't made a tutorial here, let me share this crappy step by steps okay
I try to explain the process here and I know my english is completely sucks, so please give me some mercy--

1. Obviously starts with the crappy sketch of Darkchain, background and foreground ideas. try to decide the atmosphere or even the dominant colours, here I try to make a calm atmosphere using reddish tone. I must admit that my sketch never turn out so godly detailed--

2. Lineart time or I must say a clean sketch //cry. in this step I also draw a sketchy shading to give me an ease for deciding the dark and light part. Keep this layer to guide you to an evil place //what//NO

don't forget to draw the background into the next level!

3. Give the base colour! and I know it looks odd, but recently.. I usually give the base colour with the object's colours after it exposed by the light.. here I want to give a yellowish touch for the lighting so I make the base colour yellowish and bright. I bet you guys notice that I also give some details for the background and foreground

4. Shading time! Here's my favourite part, since the shading always give the lively touch in character *v*
I did the shading based on the "sketchy shading layer" which I made in the second step. I'm aiming for red colour but also combining with Darkchain's dominant colour which is blue. so I decided to give err.. kinda magenta touch for the basic shading 8'D

5. More shading! this time give the shade with the shape of leaves to make Darkchain looks exactly like he's walking in the forest, under the bunch of shady trees //what-- You can always use exactly the same brush like you use for drawing the leaves! try to experimenting with some ray of lights too! >v< and in this part I feel not satisfy at all with those trees, so I decided to turn the peach colours into light red colours, oh Gosh! such an inconsistency

6.Finishing time! Make the details for the foreground part, I thought it will be nice to make the foreground darker.. so yeah! I also blur the foreground part with Gaussian Blur effect in Photoshop. and actually those butterflies ideas came up all of the sudden-- LOL sorry! random things always hit me when I draw my babies. Finish the work with Overlay effect too! eheeh
