Actually, it's just based on a single character named Zebrata. Which just happens to be a mash-up of several characters in itself.

Granted this was an unlicensed Dragon Ball movie(but still a better movie than both Twilight and Dragonball Evolution combined) and a rather obscure one at best. This design was deemed to "edgy" or "unprofessional" by a certain facebook group hence we're talking about this here and now.
