To every soldier that has fought and died on the battlefield, I salute you. To our soldiers today, I salute you too.
Very somber piece man

is wonderful how in just a page you tell such a story with no words. :3

Poor fella' don't know what awaits there.
Great work at making the sad athmosphere, surrounding that young, innocent soldier. I bet that the first time in the front can put anyone like the rest of those soldiers there, the same happens if you know what is awaiting there.
(Btw, I friggin' like your work here!)

I love it! Such strong expressions, and the subtlety of the skull mist is amazing! I can't wait for part 2!

It reminds me of a The Wall (Pink Floyd) scene. During the "Comfortably Numb" song, I think.
The sudden change of expressions in panels two and three is one of the things I like the most in your comic page.
I will patiently wait for the second part.

Loving your style. This page reminds me of a rather sad episode of M.A.S.H I saw a long time ago. Is this pure digital or do you work over scanned sketches?

A good picture.
Reminds me of a piece of an old poem.
