Description "Where are you taking me?" Asked the boy.

"To a special place where good people go. You will like it there," replied the hooded spectre, motioning onwards, "I'm sure of it."

"But what about my mom and dad?"

"Oh, they have to stay here a little while longer, but don't worry, they'll join up with you before you know it," the grim figure replied with a grin, "and then you will all be happy."

Don't be sad, cry tears of joy, for we will all sing the same song soon enough.

Hmm ... how can Death grin, if he lacks the skin necessary to have facial expression ?

Other than that, fine rendring. Gut-punching stuff, really. This could be spread on the internet for road accident prevention.

Ah well. That's the problem when you can't read the person's face nor hear the voice.

It happens to many a DA user.

Vladislav-Salata [2011-10-31 21:39:09 +0000 UTC]

It would be interesting to talk to Death itself. Really, you made me think of Death as a mere phase of life, and a peaceful transition to afterlife. So life is a world of suffering and tests sent by God, afterlife is the place you deserved during your life, and Death is just a midpoint between life and afterlife.

greybox-incorperated In reply to Vladislav-Salata [2020-04-08 22:16:16 +0000 UTC]

Yeah, except we don't deserve it (heaven that is), He is just so good that he wants us to have it anyway.

Lol, this is very good made. This conversation can fit
with the drawing too:

BOY : "Who are you?"

DEATH : "My name's not important" - looks at the car smashed with the soccer ball- "Mmh, you are in trouble, don't you?"

BOY : "Please! Don't tell anyone that I did it! It wasn't my intention! I need to pay the repair of the car but I don't have money!"

DEATH : "Let's do a deal, I give you 1 million dolars to pay the car and you give me your soul" - grins - "Deal?"

BOY : "Okay. Anyway, I don't think that I need my soul, it's boring!"

*Death gives the money to the kid. Death grabs his sickle and prepares to take the soul from the kid but he's gone.*

DEATH : "GAAAAAAAAAAAH!! THEY TRICKED ME AGAIN!!"

As far as people just doing a job go, the Grim Reaper can be rather preferrable, more so than tax collectors anyway.
I'm not one for the afterlife and all that, but this is an interesting picture.

Since a lot fo people are putting quotes here for you, here's one
