AW! I just went looking for fan art today, and this pops up! Luck, Fate, or what? I still have the original copy of the book, and it's still intact!
It taught me that even the biggest, meanest-looking person can be nice, and I don't have to be big to be liked. Like I always say, I'm not small, just BITE SIZE!

Really? Disney made a short film of it in the late 30's im sure its on youtube 
its about a bull named ferdinand who instead of wanting to fight like most bulls, he wants to sit under a cork tree and smell the flowers.
one day some bull fighters come to town in search of a fierce bull and ferdinand gets stung by a bee and hops around and they men mistake him for being fierce and take him away to fight but hed rather smell the flowers the fans are holding. I cant remember (its been a while) if he ends up fighting and being stung by another be but he gets to go back and sit under the cork tree and smell flowers for the rest of his life. its quite a sweet story.

yea im trying to stray a little bit.. ive found a new inspiration. Its hard XD not that a new style is difficult but that i find myself just instantly going with the old style.

the art or the dress?
the art was supposed to have an old victorian childrens book feel and the dress is classic lolita.
its actually from victorian maiden (but doesnt come in that colour lol)

This really has a childhood-story book feel to it. Nice job with the framing, I always screw up with things like that. And the drawing is beautiful, of course.

thank you :] i have a hard time with framing too. i lucked out with the boarder around the circle but the rounded corners.. all i did was make a really big brush size and just click once in the corner.. and then for the edges i just held shift haha.
