just tought i should setup Rayna's the feature of this dude in Monsters and co.(< sigh, not even a Troma's production ._. )also, it've been another good occasion to play a bit with a macintosh runing photoshop6 ._O assembling some pictures eachothers and taste adobe's layers systems... ( yes, im masochist.. the pain! ah, its good! mmmrrhh ! )

ok i start a tutorial right now !
( for resume :
1-having a background with a significant texture
2-having a drawing, outlined or just selected
3-drop it on your bg pic a first time in 0% transparency and copy this part of the tagged/textured wall
4-use the selection and with a brush, make your lightscapes and body shadows
5-invert the selection and make the wall's shadow with the same brush
6-recopy the original character drawing ( layer or separate bitmap ) and find an integration that fits ( lighten, screen, overlay ... )
7-adjust your curves of saturation to make your character fit with the background's lights
8-re-paste the bg texture you copied on the step 3 and drop it like the step 6 ( rather try to drop only the color )
9-release your mask/selection/walking ants and make a global curves adjustment. add some brush strokes to delimit the light
10-hit ctrl+s. )

Always darker! Bwahahahahaha!! Crappy office PC gammas will get a black rectangle when they go to view it, but it will be worth it.
