You could change a picture by just exchanging the image the rainmeter skin uses.
You then also have to change the path the panel refers to.

Actually, I do. How did you customize the wallpaper to match the icons? I understand how to mess around with the programming and exchanging images and such, but I would like to change the wallpaper to how you have it, to my own tastes

I did create my own background in the style of this in Photoshop for which i took pictures i found on google or created some myself. Then i created slightly changed versions of the panels, set them as the skin and placed them over the background panels.Β

Some noob questions, my icons aren't in the same place as yours but I can't changing the x/y values do nothing. Like I'm tying to reposition the ulpd dwnld as well as the disk's but changing the values do nothing and it ends up being misplaced since it is chained with the icon.

I Love it, although you said original wallpaper by me. It's not by me, I just found it. Maybe say 'wallpaper chosen by jxrt190' or something like that.

Other than Auto-hide in Windows 7, you can open the properties of task bar and set the location of taskbar from bottom to top. It will be little more fancy with this theme. I tried and it looks very good.
