I was so proud to get this to come so well so far. at only 1.3" over all, the Cthulhu is only 1". The piece required 4 stages of carving, the main image completed with vinyl, and the text completed with Rapid Mask. I wet out the image on the left to make it a bit easier to see and maybe give a vague idea of what it will look like once it's polished. I am ever so slowly getting better and I am really excited. The art... still isn't completely original, taking elements from more than a half dozen different cthulhu's and my own bits and pieces all cobbled together, but I am doing better. Digital Art still remains the biggest obstacle for me. I excel at translation, but maybe one day I'll get there.
