I had to admit, I was surprised that I had retained my body after being condemned to hell, following my shameful defeat by Gohan. The boys' power had been a great shock, but not one that I felt I could not have overcome in our final struggle, had we been left to battle, uninterrupted.
No, what truly frustrated me, was the hypocritical actions of the supposedly 'honourable' Saiyan prince, Vegeta. He had denied me a Warriors death, shattered my dream of conquering the universe, planet by planet...
Vegeta... His sneak attack had stunned me, just long enough for Gohan to bring his full power to bear upon me, utterly destroying my physical body and rendering me unable to regenerate.
Vegeta... I would make him pay!
I would prove that I WAS the ultimate warrior!

More experimenting with colouring! Dual light sources and extra texturing. What do you think? I would love some feedback on this.
About 12 hours worth of shading went in to this, most of which you just won't see. Because, perfectionist! (Well trying to. It is Cell after all...)

Also, little monologue, because I struggle to believe that Cell went to hell with his body in tact and just decided,
You know what, I guess I'm not perfect after all, oh well, time to go off to play with Frieza and his goons and become sidelined to little more than comedic relief...

Yeah I have obsession issues. lol.

Just for funsies, I'm posting up the .PSD file for 100 point-purchase for anyone who wants to look at the colouring layers. (It's a big file though.)
