Description
Part One---
My resolution to bring my vengeance down upon the treacherous Prince of Saiyans was truly empowering. However, there were certain obstacles that stood between me and my new objective, the first and rather obvious, being that I was now dead and trapped within the bowels of Hell.
Never the less, I was confident that with my keen intellect and cunning mind I would be able to overcome this problem in due course.
My other apparent problem, was that I had in fact, been defeated. My body in its 'perfect' final form was not as flawless as I had first assumed. But, since I had in fact retained my body, this was something I could improve upon while considering my plans to escape from Hell and return to the world of the living.
Yes... I could be patient... But I WOULD have my vengeance!

I'm just gonna run with this little random story of Cells' scheme to escape hell and seek vengeance on Vegeta. I'd like to see where it goes.
Besides, it's good practice.

Basically it's 6 frames. Each frame is just a layer where I've used a solid red stroke to paint over certain places in the picture, set the layer to overlay and repeated the process 6 times. I then strung all the frames together to make an animation of a fiery glow effect. There were also flying embers, but unfortunately DA had issues with the file size since that brought the frame count up to about 40.

Again, nice floated hand. Strangly, it gives me the impression it's a... wax hand... Don't ask me why ! But I really nice the effect !
Great job to show the resolution on his face ! It's not an easy job to show different kind of feelings for Cell, but you're really good at that !
... Speaking of that... I would really be curious if you did a little exercice drawing (Of course if you want !) : drawing Cell's face, but with the main feelings (Joy, anger, sadness, disgust, fear, love, jealousy, etc etc etc etc etc...). You being a great Cell artist, I would be very curious about how you would see him under these feelings ^_^

Well there is this in my scraps
But that doesn't incorporate anything other than stupidity and they are very rough sketches.
I might do more of the more 'genuine' faces, since it is good practice.
